Our Policies
Reservation Policy
  • A one night deposit is required to secure a reservation for bookings up to 10 nights.
  • A three night deposit is required to secure a reservation for bookings 11 nights and more
Cancellation Policy
  • Deposits are fully refundable if cancelled or modified 14 days prior to arrival.
  • If cancelled or modified less than 14 -7 days before date of arrival, you will forfeit your deposit but no additional fees will be charged.
  • If cancelled or modified in less than 7 days before the date of arrival, you will forfeit your deposit and be charged 75% of the total cost of your reservation.
  • In case of no-show or early check out after arrival 100% of the cost of the reservation will be charged.
Additional Notes
  • Max of two (2) children under the age of 12 stay FREE in existing beds.
  • The charge for an extra bed in the room is US$20 per night.

  • Check Out Time is 12:00 noon and Check In Time is 2:00pm. Earlier Check In or late check out can be accommodated upon request for a fee.
  • All Guest are asked to notify us of their expected arrival time in advance, especially for late Check Ins after 5:00pm.
  • Airport transfers can be arranged at a cost of US$20 each way per couple (Must be requested 48 hrs prior to arrival)
  • Car Rental pick up at the Airport can be arranged or pre-booked via Comfort Car Renalts .
