These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Connie’s Comfort Suites services, facilities, and accommodations. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a reservation or using our facilities.

Reservation and Payment:

1. Reservations can be made online through our website, by phone, or in person.
2. A valid credit card is required to secure a reservation.
3. Full payment is due upon check-in. We accept major credit cards and cash.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancellations made [X] days prior to the scheduled arrival date will not incur any charges.
2. Cancellations made within [X] days of the scheduled arrival date will be subject to a [X]% cancellation fee.
3. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

Check-In and Check-Out:

Guest Responsibilities:

3. Pets are not allowed on the premises.

Guests are expected to use our facilities and services responsibly and in accordance with posted rules and guidelines.
The management reserves the right to refuse service or accommodation to anyone for any reason.

Liability:

The management is not responsible for the loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind.
Guests are advised to use the safety deposit boxes provided.

Force Majeure:

The hotel is not liable for failure to perform its obligations if such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power, or other force majeure event.
